Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Duke Farms. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of care and transparency when placing our Jack Russell Terriers into loving homes.

1. Puppy Deposits

All deposits made to secure a spot on our waiting list or hold a specific puppy are non-refundable.
This policy ensures that all prospective owners are fully committed to providing a lifelong home.
If you are unable to take a puppy from your assigned litter due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to a future litter at our discretion.

2. Returns & Rehoming

If at any point during the dog's life you are unable to keep or care for a Jack Russell Terrier purchased from Duke Farms, the dog must be returned to us. We will always take our dogs back to ensure they never enter a rescue or shelter.
No refunds will be issued for returned dogs unless explicitly specified in a separate, signed health guarantee contract.
